JUMP&CLIMB IS AN ACTION SPORTS FACILITY
WHERE INJURIES CAN HAPPEN.
LIKE ALL SPORTS, PARTICIPANTS NEED TO DECIDE IF
THE BENEFITS OF INVOLVEMENT ARE WORTH THE
RISK OF INJURY.
KEEP WITHIN YOUR LIMITS LOOK OUT FOR OTHERS FOLLOW THE RULES
Park Safety Rules:
- Only one person on each trampoline at a time
- Don’t attempt any activity beyond your skill level
- No running, double bouncing, or rough play
- Jump & Climb approved grip socks & correct colour wrist band for the hour must be worn
- Watch out for other jumpers and always allow smaller jumpers right of way
- Safely land on two feet when bouncing
- Don’t jump or land on padding
- Pregnant women & people wearing casts are not permitted on the trampolines or any other equipment
- No jumping under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- No food or drink on or near the trampolines
- Spectators are not permitted to enter any padded trampoline areas or trampolines, they must stay on the black rubber flooring for their own safety
USING THIS FACILITY IS UNDERTAKEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS DISPLAYED THROUGHOUT JUMP & CLIMB
Jump Arena Rules:
- Only one person on each trampoline at a time

- Ledges around top of trampolines are for sitting only, No Standing at any time
- Jump & Climb approved grip socks must be worn
- Watch out for other jumpers & always allow smaller jumpers right of way
- Safely land on two feet when bouncing
- Don’t jump or land on padding
- No jumping under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- No food or drink on or near the trampolines
- Spectators are not permitted to enter any padded trampoline areas or trampolines, they must stay on the black rubber flooring for their own safety
High Performance Rules:
Jumping off our walls is not permitted
- Advanced jumpers only, jump& Climb crew strictly monitor safety and their direction MUST be followed
- Only one person on each trampoline at a time
- Jumpers MUST BE over 125cm to access this area ( No Junior Jumper access)
- Only stand on top of the wall when you are actively using one of the wall trampolines to wall run
- Ensure no one is on the trampoline before jumping off the wall
- No climbing or scrambling up the wall if you can’t ‘run up’ develop your skills in other areas first
- For your safety DO NOT JUMP OFF THE WALLS, drop in to wall run only
- Look up before getting on a wall trampoline
- Spectators are not permitted to enter any padded trampoline areas or trampolines, they must stay on the black rubber flooring for their own safety
Bag Jump Rules:
- No head dives or belly flops
- Only on person on each trampoline at a time
- Don’t enter the bag if others are in the way
- Safely land on your feet, bum, or back only
- No running, double bouncing or rough play
- Don’t attempt any activity beyond your skill level
- Don’t jump or land on the padding
- Remove all items from pockets
- Only attempt moves within your skill level
- Exit as quickly as you can from the same trampoline you Jumped from, DO NOT exit via the sides of the air bag.
- Spectators are not permitted to enter any padded trampoline areas or trampolines, they must stay on the black rubber flooring for their own safety
Dodgeball Rules:
Aim to eliminate all players on opposing team
- Maximum 6 players per team
- Do not deliberately aim the ball at peoples heads
- The ref’s call is final
A ‘Live Ball’ is a ball that has been thrown and not made contact with a person or object.
You are out if:
- You are hit with a ‘Live Ball’, below the neck
- Someone catches your ball on the full
- You enter the other teams’ area
- You hold the ball longer than 10 seconds
- You hit someone in the head
If ‘out’, walk off the court, along the padding, and wait for next game.
